My stay at Mato hotel in Zadar was nothing short of exceptional. The room with a balcony offered a picturesque view of the city, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening. The facilities provided were well above the norm, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The database accurately mentioned the good facilities, as I found everything from a spacious bathroom to a fully equipped kitchenette, enhancing my overall experience.

One minor downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. However, this issue was easily mitigated by sleeping with the bedroom door open and the air conditioning on in the living room.

A mind-blowing location in a quiet district, with a jaw-dropping pool and a beach just minutes away. The nearby amenities, such as bakeries and supermarkets, provide a super convenient stay. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a home feeling. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring an amazing experience. The view is truly unforgettable. With its modern building and close proximity to shops and restaurants, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend it!

Great location near the airport, free private parking , apartment had everything I needed, and the WiFi worked like a dream. St. Donatus' Church was just a short drive away, but who needs old buildings when you have a comfy bed?

On occasion, there was a lack of warm water, especially in the mornings, which was a small inconvenience. the parking situation was a bit challenging, as it was first-come, first-served and we had some issues finding a spot.

That the parking spaces were on a first, come, first, served basis, which meant that I had to park behind another car and potentially block them in. this was only a minor inconvenience and did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

The apartment at Apartments Mato was absolutely cozy and comfortable - it felt like a home away from home! The flat-screen TV was perfect for lazy evenings, and the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and oven, made it super convenient for cooking meals. I personally would have preferred a washing machine in the apartment, but hey, that's just my preference.

The apartment had a spacious kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and microwave. the swimming pool in the garden was a nice addition, and it was usually empty, which was great. the bathroom had a spacious shower cabin, and there was ample parking space on the property. the location was perfect, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and the sandy beach called Borik a short 10-15 minute walk. a great place for adventure travelers.

During my recent business trip to Zadar, I had the opportunity to stay at Apartments Mato, which was chosen by my director. I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. the location of the apartments was ideal, being only 2.8 km away from the famous Greeting to the Sun. This allowed me to conveniently explore the attraction during my free time, immersing myself in its beauty and capturing stunning photos.

During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water supply.
